Now we managed to integrate Gantt chart into XMind - the professional and powerful mind mapping software. The integration enables us to assign time scope to topics and change the project schedule quickly. Therefore, XMind has developed to be an intelligent way for project management.

Special Design

As a lightweight project management tool, XMind helps you design project intuitively in a mind map and manage the implementation effectively in Gantt chart. To get it better than other Gantt chart and mind mapping software, we’ve made some special designs.

• If you drill down on a key branch in the map view, Gantt chart will only display the tasks in that branch.
• To balance interface conciseness and ease of use, details of a target tasks is shown only when we focus on it in Gantt view.
• You can directly create a new task, move it, lengthen/shorten it, and even change dependence between tasks in Gantt view, and all actions will be synchronized into the map view.
• The color of task-bar is changed automatically according to the priority.
